MATERIAL USED:
- Anti humidity barrier in all basemant concrete wall and floors.
- Anti humidity barrier underneath roof area.
- Exterior walls H 6 bricks 8 x 20 x 33 cm Grand Format
- Dividing walls: H 16 , G.P. 20 cm
- Surronding indoor walls : H 16 G.P. 15 cm with insulation
- Reinforced concrete retention walls, floors (30 cm) and pilars thougout the building as calculated by competent Technical Arquitect and specified in main drawings.
- Basemant and exterior walls finished with Portland Mortar.
- Basemant water storage treated with special waterproof mortar.
- Indoor walls and ceiling plastered with Perli Escayola.
- All corners protected with PVC joints to avoid deterioration,
- Indoor false ceiling areas (corridor, bathroom and washing room) with Pladur plasteboard and metal frames.
- Santanyi type local stone work used in exterior of windows and top of staircase walls.
- Santany type exterior drain.
- PVC 40 mm elastic waterproofing (tested during 4 days with water) on all roof terraces. ( Lamina de betun )
- Arab type tiles on roofed areas, with mortar and onduline waterproofing.
- Mallatex type fixing on all exterior joints and pilars (to avoid cracks).
- Exterior paint: two coats with Eurotex quality plastic.
- Interior paint : two and three coats of high quality indoor plastic paint.

- Indoors: Metroploitan Grey 30 x 60 cm gres + 8 x 60 cm. skirting.
- Oudoors : Maestrazgo 30 x 60 anti - sliding beige + skirting.
