| Costa de los Pinos is one of Mallorca’s most beautiful coastline areas. Situated in the north-east of the island, the area is a natural parkland comprising pine forests and the sea. One of the longest established urbanisations in Mallorca, the area is well sought after and finding newly built property for sale is difficult to say the least. The Eurotel a four star hotel situated right on the beach is well established and next to it is a small marina. Several restaurants and a local shop are also located in Costa los Pinos and with the road finishing at Punta……. Through traffic is non-existent.
Costa de los Pinos is close to the village of Son Severa with its charming central plazas and traditional eateries. There is a lovely 9-hole golf course at Golf Son Severa and the area is home to a good mix of nationalities both full and part time residents and visitors.
